$CROWX Whitelist

Early access to the CROWX ecosystem — priority slots, bonuses, participation in closed activities and future drops.

How to Participate

1) Connect your wallet

Use MetaMask or any WalletConnect-compatible wallet. We use Web3 login (message signature) — no emails or passwords.

2) Choose currency

Pay with ETH or USDT (ERC-20) on Ethereum. The app will quote the exact amount based on the current stage price.

3) Confirm & receive allocation

Confirm the on-chain transaction. Your purchased amount is recorded and will be available for claim at TGE according to the vesting rules.

Abstract

CROWX is a meme-tech ecosystem combining community energy with real, scalable infrastructure. The core is CrowLayer — a Layer 2 network (zk or optimistic rollups) aimed at low fees, fast finality and mass adoption. Around it we build CrowBridge, CrowTrack,CrowNFT, CrowScore and the CrowDApp SDK. The $CROWX token powers the economy: access, governance, staking, gas incentives and builder rewards.

Our approach is simple: memes bring the crowd, robust tech keeps them. We prioritize clear UX, transparent on-chain metrics and an incentive design that aligns users, creators and developers.

Information on the Project

CROWX is a meme-tech ecosystem designed to convert community energy into sustainable on-chain usage. The core is CrowLayer (a high-throughput L2), surrounded by utility apps (CrowBridge, CrowTrack,CrowNFT, CrowScore) and a CrowDApp SDK for builders.

Vision: make crypto fun, fast, and useful — fees should be small, UX obvious, and incentives aligned for users, creators, and developers. Timelines and features are non-binding targets and may change based on audits and partners.

Performance

L2 with low fees and sub-second UX targets; EVM compatibility.

Security

Audited contracts, monitored bridge flows, circuit-breakers, progressive decentralization.

UX/Adoption

Web3 login, real-time statuses, alerts, familiar interaction patterns.

Interoperability

Seamless ETH↔L2 bridging, multi-chain portfolio & NFT views.

Data/Insights

On-chain behavior & reputation (CrowScore), analytics and signals.

Community Flywheel

Quests, referrals (anti-sybil), creator tools, builder grants.

🧱 CrowLayer — Layer 2

  • Problem: high fees & slow finality block mainstream on-chain UX.
  • Solution: zk/optimistic rollup with low fees, fast finality, and EVM support.
  • For users: low-cost actions, clear statuses, fee discounts via $CROWX/Score tiers.
  • For builders: gas subsidies, sequencer telemetry, milestone-based grants.
  • Moat: UX + incentives + vertically integrated apps.
  • Timeline: Testnet (target) Q1’26 → Mainnet (target) early Q2’26.

$CROWX: utility for fee discounts, governance and staking rewards (emission-based; not a profit-sharing right).

🌉 CrowBridge — ETH ↔ CrowLayer

  • Problem: bridges feel risky/opaque; UX is slow and confusing.
  • Solution: audited contracts, minimal clicks, transparent queue & statuses.
  • UX: faster withdrawals concept (credit lines against proofs), risk orchestration.
  • Security: multi-sig/threshold guardians, incident monitoring.
  • Launch: intended to ship with CrowLayer mainnet.

Monetization: small bridge fee earmarked for liquidity and security budgets.

📲 CrowTrack — Portfolio & NFT

  • Problem: fragmented multi-wallet, multi-chain experience.
  • Solution: balances, PnL, NFT floors, custom alerts, sentiment signals.
  • Value: daily utility that channels traffic to L2/Bridge/NFT.
  • Beta: target mid Q4’25; initial focus on retention and alerting.

Monetization: freemium → Pro; partner integrations to ecosystem apps.

🎮 CrowNFT — Gamified NFT

  • Problem: collections struggle with retention without progression.
  • Solution: seasons, quests, rarity analytics, leaderboards; cross-chain support.
  • Value: community flywheel + sticky engagement via progression & rewards.
  • First drop: target late Q4’25.

Monetization: trading fees, season passes, sponsored quests.

🧠 CrowScore — On-chain Reputation

  • Problem: sybils/farming dilute fair incentive distribution.
  • Solution: behavior model (consistency, contributions, risk profile).
  • Perks: allowlists, fee discounts, reward boosts, optional governance weight policy.
  • Alpha: target late Q4’25; subsequent tuning with transparent reports.

$CROWX: multipliers for stakers/higher tiers (utility; not a promise of returns).

🔧 CrowDApp SDK — Builder Toolkit

  • What: indexing, TypeScript SDK, wallet adapters, notifications, auth, analytics.
  • Why: faster time-to-market for partners → more apps on L2.
  • Dev Preview: target Q2’26; templates, docs, examples.

Monetization: paid APIs/analytics; partner revenue-share to the ecosystem treasury (not distributed to token holders).

Economic Flywheel

  1. App activity → L2 transactions → protocol revenues.
  2. Portion of revenues may be allocated to operations, security and user/builder incentives.
  3. Better UX/incentives → growth in active users & builders.
  4. Growing volumes/assets → reputation, listings, integrations.

Clarification: protocol revenues, if any, are not distributed to token holders and do not represent dividends; $CROWX is intended as a utility token.

Initial Integrations (TBA)

Wallets (MetaMask/WalletConnect), oracles/indexing, NFT marketplaces, analytics. The list will be disclosed as components pass audits and reach public readiness.

FAQ

When do I receive tokens?

Tokens become claimable at TGE according to the vesting schedule relevant to your allocation.

Can I pay from an exchange?

Use a self-custodial wallet (MetaMask/WalletConnect). Exchange wallets may fail dApp checks and funds can be lost.

Can I change my wallet later?

Your allocation is bound to the address used for purchase. Claim at TGE from the same wallet.

Are refunds possible?

On-chain transactions are final. Double-check network, amount and address before confirming.

Is KYC required?

Not required for whitelist. May be requested for larger tickets or exchange listings depending on jurisdiction.

What if the hard cap is not reached?

Sale runs until end date or hard cap. Remaining tokens can be burned or reserved for ecosystem growth.

Will there be audits?

Yes, smart contracts undergo third-party security audits before TGE.

How do referrals work?

Share your unique link. Each eligible buy grants you 5% in bonus $CROWX at TGE (no lock).
